This is a private series of classes that includes three sessions for the birthing person and her birthing partner. The classes last 1 hour each. Bringing a birth partner is recommended. Here’s what each session covers:

SESSION 1 (theoretical)

• The bony pelvis: Making space in the pelvic cavity to facilitate labour progression 

SESSION 2 (applied)

• The bony pelvis: Putting into practice what was learned in session 1

• Perineal massage: This will be done with birth partner (optional)

SESSION 3 (applied)

• Releasing the soft tissues of the pelvis to facilitate labour progression 

• Labour pain management techniques 

• Mechanical principles for pushing and positions for delivery
